Monarchs Across Georgia(MAG) is a collaboration of the
Environmental Education
Alliance, teachers,
students, families, communities, businesses and others, all working
together to study Monarch butterflies and restore butterfly habitat across
the state.
The Watson-Brown
Foundation is a state sponsor for
Monarchs Across Georgia and the benefactor for this web site.
Our
Mission
The
mission of Monarchs Across Georgia ( MAG
) is to engage schools and families in learning experiences
involving Monarch and other native butterflies. The
MAG program promotes stewardship of the
natural environment through multi-disciplinary exploration and
scientific investigation.
